Lotus Health & Care Centre is a labor of love by two close friends, Veena & Nayana. Veena gracefully offered her prime premises in Mahim to create this sanctuary, while Nayana contributed her deep expertise to run it. Together, they established this non-profit organization with a simple belief: It is important to be yourself, in spite of being everything.
Meet Our Lead Guide: Nayana Shah
With over 25 years of practice, Nayana Shah is a master of Nature's timeless wisdom. Trained by Himalayan Yogacharyas, and heavily accredited in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Reiki, and Colour Therapy.
